Bristol Police are located in Room 110 of the Hudnall Administration Building (D building).

Bristol Police's business line can be reached by dialing 774.357.2218, or by dialing extension 2218 on any campus phone. 

Emergency Phone Line

In case of emergency, please dial 774.357.3911 or extension 3911 from any campus phone. There are also ten (10) blue emergency phones located throughout the campus that will dial Bristol Police automatically with the push of a button, informing us of the location from which you are calling. Text-A-Tip is available to everyone. It is an effective REAL-TIME communication option for those who prefer texting rather than speaking.

For the deaf and hard of hearing – like Text-To-911, Text-A-Tip ensures quick and effective REAL-TIME communication with a police dispatcher.

How to Text a Tip

Text "BCCTIP" + your message to 67283. The dispatcher will immediately be notified by an audible signal. The dispatcher will respond by text message.

College Preparedness

Our Bristol Police Department diligently conducts regular drills to enhance readiness and collaborates seamlessly with local law enforcement and public safety agencies in the event of an emergency. 

The Elsbree Street campus in Fall River is patrolled 24 hours a day, year-round by Bristol Police officers and contracted security personnel. Bristol Police and the contracted security provider also patrol and respond to calls at the Attleboro, New Bedford, and Taunton locations.

In addition to regular patrols, the Bristol Police Department utilizes surveillance cameras that operate continuously, monitoring and recording activity across college locations.
