Student Support Services

Students taking classes, certificate or degree programs online have access to the same student support services as those students taking traditional face-to-face classes.

Library Resources

Students can access Bristol’s online catalog, reference databases and research guides, contact a librarian via phone or email, or have books and media from the Bristol library delivered to their local public library. Tutoring and Academic Support

Online students can take advantage of on-campus tutoring and academic support services offered at Bristol's physical campus locations by the Learning Commons.

eTutoring is also available for all Bristol students free of charge. Students can submit written assignments for feedback, post questions, or interact live with a tutor in a wide variety of subjects. To access online tutoring, log into Online Learning and click on "Access eTutoring ThinkingStorm" to get started.

Bookstore

Students taking online classes can purchase their books at the Bristol Bookstore. Books can be purchased in person or ordered online. Students can have their books shipped or can pick them up at the campus location.
