Trying to access your online courses in Canvas? Log into Online Courses section of myBristol and click Online Courses Canvas to login. Sites for each course a student is taking will appear on this page on the first day of each semester.

Contacting Support

24/7 support is available to help with any questions students have about using Canvas. This support can be reached by phone at 1.866.283.1510 or via a live chat that can be accessed within Canvas under the “Help” menu along the left side of every page.

Bristol’s Online Learning team also provides support for Canvas, Zoom, VoiceThread, and several other technologies used in online courses. During normal business hours, Bristol support can be found on the Fall River Campus on the second floor of the Eileen T. Farley Learning Resources Center (Library) in room A202.
