Start your associate degree or certificate by taking courses at Bristol Community College. Courses include English, marine biology, and the College Success Seminar, which helps new students successfully transition to college.

NEXT STEPS for June 23 Enrollment Event

For Bristol's Enrollment Team to best serve you, here's what you should do in advance of the event.

By Thursday, June 16 at noon:

  1. College Application. Submit an admissions application (
  2. High School Transcripts. Have final high school transcript or GED/HiSET scoresheet sent to For this to be considered official, it must come from the school or Diploma Sender (
  3. College Transcripts. If applicable, have any college transcripts submitted via as well. These can be requested directly from the college or university.  
    IMPORTANT NOTE: these transcripts are needed so that students can be considered for potential Placement Test exemptions. Until they are reviewed, we cannot move a student forward in the process.
  4. Financial Aid Application. Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA: Amy will be on hand to assist with the FAFSA if needed. But having it completed in advance of the event will save time during the event.
  5. Register for the enrollment event on June 23. If students need assistance completing the enrollment process after completing the above, students should then register for the enrollment event by visiting and clicking on the event. Students should sign up for the event by 12 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21. This will allow our Testing Center, Financial Aid Office, and Academic Advising teams to review everything for each student and be best equipped to serve everyone that is participating in the event.

Prior to arriving at the event on Thursday, June 23:

  1. Anyone that is not eligible for a Placement Test Exemption will receive a voucher to complete the Placement Test remotely. The test must be completed in order to register for classes.
  2. Create an AccessBCC account by visiting (this is where students access email, financial aid award information, create payment plans, and connect with online classes and academic resources).
  3. Download the Bristol App from the Apple Store or Google Play.
  4. Using the app, upload COVID-19 vaccination information. This is required for any students registering for in-person courses at Bristol (not required for fully online courses).
