MOSAIC: Multicultural Opportunities Serving Area Industries and the Community, is an opportunity for our area business leaders from all backgrounds to come together to learn more about what makes up our community's cultural tapestry.

4 to 5 p.m., Panel Discussion

South Coast leaders discuss the business imperative of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Moderated by Chief Advancement Officer Judi Urquhart, the event will begin with a panel of business leaders who will delve into the impactful initiatives that local businesses are taking to foster inclusivity within their organizations; have a valuable discussion around the strategies and success stories; and touch on the types of professional development that they have found the most meaningful.
