What is Coaching?

Working with a Success Coach can help keep you on track towards your goals and lead you towards success here at Bristol.

Coaching is student-centric. Proactive in its approach, coaching provides a personalized program providing you support services to help you navigate the transition to college, work through challenges, and ultimately maintain your motivation for success.

Coaching services are provided in a one on one setting in-person or virtually (via Zoom). During the session, the coach will ask you guiding questions for insight and personal growth, but the session will mainly be led by you! Coaching provides you time for introspection about your academic journey, topics that are most pressing, working through issues and creating solutions and action plans around your goals.

We look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
