Operational Department | Hybrid Review

There are offices across the institution whose work serves the community rather than to student learning. Although there may be some aspects of student learning (or community learning), the majority of these offices serve in an auxiliary capacity or are responsible for meeting external stakeholder/compliance needs. The review process focuses on building a good foundation for strategic goal setting and assessment initiatives of institution utilization, needs, education, etc. The review also provides space to identify areas of future improvement plans. Although a hybrid, these offices are expected to demonstrate alignment and contribution to the institutions Mission Statement through assessment frameworks.
