Report a Concern
If you experienced, witnessed, or learned about possible discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, or retaliation, please consider writing a report. You may also contact the Office of Title IX and Equity Compliance with questions, to request support, or to ask for help making a complaint.
If you are unsure which form to use, contact the office. The Title IX and Equity Compliance Officer will review the report and any supporting documentation provided. If it is determined that there is evidence of a violation of the Equal Opportunity, Non-Discrimination and Title IX Plan, you will be contacted to set up an initial intake meeting to explain the process, next steps, and to offer available support. Support may be available even if a complaint is not filed.
