Leveling the Playing Field

  • Develop analytics to guide the college in promoting equity among students.
  • Develop 2020-2022 Affirmative Action Strategy.
  • Develop a Human Resources Equity Statement and incorporate statement and purpose into all Human Resources processes and procedures.
  • Hold "Equity Roundtables" to better understand employee and student perspectives related to advancing the Equity Agenda and identify ways that our college community can develop equity mindfulness.
