eAccounts allow you to manage your account through any web browser or via a mobile application that is available for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android devices. With the Bristol Campus Card eAccounts System you can:

eAccounts Management

The eAccounts system allows family members to add funds to your card from any web accessible computer with a Visa, Master Card, or Discover! To use this service, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Go to the Campus Card portal from a web browser. 
  2. Click the "Guest/Parent Deposit" link on the eAccounts login page.
  3. Enter the recipient's information, using the recipient's nine-digit student ID number and last name.

    1. PLEASE NOTE: This information needs to exactly match what is in the student's account. For last names with Suffixes such as Jr, III, etc; do not use a comma between the last name and the suffix. 

  4. Enter the amount you would like to deposit. (Minimum $5.00)
  5. Enter your credit Card number, Expiration, Date, CVV number, and billing information.  
  6. Click Continue.
  7. A confirmation screen will appear so that you can review the information that you submitted. If it is correct and you would like to complete the deposit, click Make Deposit.

Checking Account Balances

The Bristol Campus Card eAccounts system allows you to view the balances on all of your accounts from one screen. To view your account balances, follow the steps below:

  • Using a Web Browser
    • Go to the Campus Card portal
    • Enter your accessBristol Username and Password to access your account
    • All of your account balances will be displayed. 
  • Using the Mobile Application
    • Login with your accessBristol Username and Password
    • Touch the Accounts button
    • All of your account balances will be displayed

Students, you check the balance of your Financial Aid Book Advance online. If you feel that you are eligible for a Book Advance, login to the Campus Card eAccounts system today to check your balance. In the event that you do not have a balance, or you feel that the balance is incorrect simply contact the Financial Aid to resolve the issue.

Depositing Funds

The Campus Card eAccounts system allows you to easily add Bristol $ to your card. In order to make a deposit, you will need to setup a stored payment method in the system. Once complete, you will be able to easily deposit funds, setup scheduled deposits, and use the Mobile Application to quickly make a deposit. 

How to make a deposit and setup a Stored Payment Method:
To make a deposit and store the payment method in the system, follow all of the steps below.   

  • Login to the eAccounts system with your accessBristol username and password
  • Click the +Add Money link under your Bristol$ account balance
  • Enter the amount that you would like to deposit and click Next
  • Enter your credit Card number, Expiration, Date, CVV number, and billing information
  • Click Next
  • Click Make Deposit
  • To store this payment method in the system, follow the steps below     
    • Click the check box next to Save this payment method
    • Enter a name in the Payment Method Alias field
    • If you would like to set this as your default payment method click the check box next to Set as default
  • To have a copy of the receipt sent to you via Email enter your Email address and click Send Receipt

How to make a deposit using the Mobile App:  
PLEASE NOTE: In order to make a deposit the eAccounts Mobile App you must use the eAccounts web site to make an initial deposit. During the initial deposit, you will need to store your payment method for future use.  

  1. Launch the eAccounts app on your smartphone or tablet
  2. Login with your accessBristol Username and Password
  3. Touch the Deposit button
  4. Select the Stored Payment Method that you would like to use
  5. Enter an amount
  6. Touch the Make Deposit button

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure delivery of Email receipts, please be sure to allow no-reply@blackboard.com through your SPAM filter. 

Viewing Account Statements

The Campus Card eAccounts system allows you to access 12 months of statements on your account. To download and print account statements for your account(s) follow the steps below:

  • Login to the eAccounts system with your accessBristol username and password
  • Click the Account Statements link 
  • Choose the account that you would like to view from the drop down list 
  • To view a statement in your browser, click the statement link under the Description column
  • To download a statement as a PDF file, click the statement link under the Download PDF column

Viewing Recent Transactions

The Campus Card eAccounts system allows you to view a list of transactions and filter them based on criteria that you specify. This tool is useful if you want to view a specific type of transaction or a list of transactions that have posted since your last statement. 

The system allows you to filter the list of transactions based on:

  • Transaction Type
  • Account (Book Advance $, Bristol $, greenPRINT $)
  • Transaction Date and Time
  • Amount
  • Location
        

To use this feature, simply follow the steps below to get started:

  • Login to the eAccounts system with your accessBristol username and password
  • Click the Account Transactions link 
  • Click the Account drop down list and choose the account that you want to view
  • In the Transaction Period fields, enter the start and end dates to narrow down the transactions that are displayed
  • Click Search

Guest Deposits

The eAccounts system allows family members to add funds to your card from any web accessible computer with a Visa, Master Card, or Discover! To use this service, follow the steps listed below:

  • Go to the Campus Card portal.  
  • Click the "Guest/Parent Deposit" link on the eAccounts login page

Reporting a Lost Card

To report your card lost or stolen, you can login to the accessBristol Campus Card eAccounts site 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Using a Web Browser:
    1. Go to the Campus Card portal
    2. Enter your accessBristol Username and Password to access your account 
    3. Click the Card Services link at the top of the window 
    4. Click Deactivate Card 
  2. Using the Mobile Application:
    1. Launch the eAccounts app on your smartphone or tablet 
    2. Login with your accessBristol Username and Password
    3. Touch the Lost Card button
    4. Touch the Deactivate Card button at the bottom of the screen
