With the development of the wind industry in Massachusetts coming closer to reality, the creation of this new industry brings with it a great opportunity and responsibility to build this sector with equity in mind, from the start. In response, Bristol Community College’s National Offshore Wind Institute (NOWI), will host the virtual speaker series Equity in the Offshore Wind Industry, beginning on Tuesday, August 3, from 9 to 10 a.m

Join Bristol’s NOWI on August 3 to listen to offshore wind energy professionals discuss their experiences and learn from their successful pathways in thindustry. The series will highlight ways to promote diversity in the offshore wind industry, while also focusing on equity support and recruitment in this emerging sector.
