Throughout the week, you'll have the chance to learn about:
- Gaining valuable, direct experience through Bristol's community-based learning courses and internships.
- Integrating your hands-on learning experience on your resume and while interviewing.
- Organizations interested in hosting Bristol students for experiential learning opportunities, such as volunteer and internship opportunities.
Career Readiness Workshop: Interview

This workshop provides students with the knowledge, techniques, and tools to market your work outside of the classroom during interviews.

This workshop provides you with the knowledge, techniques, and tools to help you market your work outside of the classroom on your resume.
Internship Prep Workshop

Preparedness is key when seeking and obtaining an internship. All students looking to participate in an internship must attend one 1-hour Virtual Internship Prep Workshop.

Community-Based Learning Workshop

This faculty-focused session presents an overview of what Community-Based Learning is and how to create integrated and meaningful Civic Engagement in their courses. Whether you are new to this and exploring the concept or have been doing the work for years, all faculty are welcome to attend to gain important foundational knowledge or expand ideas for the future.

Faculty/Partner Networking Event

This event is designed to create space for Bristol faculty currently or interested in teaching a Community-Based Learning course and our local organization partners to come together to brainstorm and build meaningful Community-Based Learning project opportunities. The event will be structured so that all faculty will be able to interact with each attending partner to identify mutual goals based on the needs of the organization and the course student learning goals. This event will be especially helpful for faculty who have an upcoming Spring or future Community-Based Learning course.
