I am pleased to announce the launch of our search for the next president of Bristol Community College. As we know, our college plays a crucial role in changing lives, and selecting the right leader is paramount to our ongoing success. This transparent process invites everyone — faculty, staff, students, and members of our community — to actively engage and help us find the ideal candidate.

I would like to extend an invitation for you to become familiar with the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education's Guidelines and Procedures for the Search, Selection, Appointment, and Removal of State University and Community College Presidents. It outlines a structured process for identifying our next college president. I urge every member of the community to review the document and participate.

A committee of six members of the college community has chosen Isaacson, Miller to lead the search. Isaacson, Miller has extensive experience in conducting presidential searches nationwide, with great success in the placement of highly qualified candidates.
