What is the Multicultural Student Center?

The Multicultural Student Center welcomes students, faculty, and staff of “ALL” cultures, identities, backgrounds, abilities, and orientations. Our goal at the MSC is to provide you and other students with a safe, inclusive, judgment-free space both on campus and virtually where you can socialize freely about yourself, your community, and the world.

What does the Multicultural Student Center offer?

The Multicultural Student Center offers a welcoming space where students can build skills, make connections, and celebrate diverse cultures and identities. We provide academic and life-skills drop-in support to help students succeed both in and out of the classroom, host cultural celebrations for heritage and history months, recognize cultural and religious observances, and organize fun, low-key social events where students can connect with peers. We also support student organizations including the Black Student Union, Christian Students Club, and Rainbow Connection LGBTQ+ Club. Located on the second floor of the Fall River campus, the Multicultural Student Center is a place to relax, study, and get involved—stop by our lounge with a TV, use the computer and study room, participate in events and activities, or simply hang out and meet new people.

Who will you find at the Multicultural Student Center?

Everyone! We are an inclusive space that is open to every student at Bristol Community College. With that said, we focus on creating equitable experiences for: Students of Color, First-Generation College Students, International Students, Students with Disabilities, LGBTQIA+ Students, Athletes, and Student Leaders.
