This scholarship was established by Zelma Braga who was in the first cohort of Foundation Board of Directors. Zelma was the first person to establish a trust department at Baycoast Bank and was instrumental in establishing several planned gifts to the Bristol Community College Foundation. To qualify for this scholarship, the full or part-time student must demonstrate financial need.
