Established in 1996 in honor of Dr. Paul F. Fletcher, Professor of English (Emeritus) at Bristol Community College, this endowed scholarship is for a student enrolled in an Art or Humanities program who is registered for at least 6 credits, possesses a GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrates financial need.
