Established by the Luso American Foundation, this scholarship was established in memory of Fernando Garcia, former President of the Board of Trustees and a great personality of the Luso-American communities of the United States. The scholarship is for a student of Portuguese descent, who has financial need and is registered for at least one Portuguese course.
