This scholarship was established in 1991 in the memory of Charles E. Crowshaw, Jr. , who was a Criminal Justice instructor at Bristol Community College. This endowed scholarship is given annually to a returning (2nd Year) Criminal Justice student for academic excellence and leadership ability.
