Established by BFI Waste Systems of Fall River, this endowed scholarship is restricted to an employee or spouse, child or grandchild of an employee of BFI Waste Systems who is enrolled in the Environmental Technology Program. If no one meets the initial criteria, the scholarship can be given to a full-time student enrolled in an associate degree program who demonstrates financial need with a GPA of 3.0 or higher that resides in Fall River, Somerset, Swansea or Westport.
