This endowed scholarship was established by Mrs. Betty Welch, one of the original board members of the Bristol Community College Foundation. The qualifying student must be enrolled in Business Administration with a major in accounting, be registered for at least 12 credits (full-time), and possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
