Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has appointed Fall River, Mass., resident Jeffrey
T. Karam, Vice President at First Bristol Corporation, in Fall River, Mass., as a
member of the Bristol Community College Board of Trustees.
Karam joined First Bristol Corporation in 2003 and has led their Hospitality Division since its inception the same year;
growing the portfolio to include eight hotels. He oversees all aspects of the hospitality
division from site selection and development to the day-to-day management.
Karam currently serves on the board of directors for the Newport County Chamber of
Commerce and is a board member of the Atlantis Charter School and the Providence Foundation. Karam previously served as chair of the Atlantis Charter School’s
Development & Facilities Committee.
He earned a bachelor’s in finance and management from Providence College in Providence,
R.I.
