Certificate
- This program will prepare you for a career in the healthcare field. Phlebotomists draw blood for tests, transfusions, research or blood donations.
- How long to complete the program: This is a two-semester certificate program. A consecutive 3-week, 120-hour clinical practicum is required during that time.
- Where can I work? Phlebotomists work in a clinical laboratory, hospital, or doctor’s office.

Paralegal & Legal Studies

- This program will prepare you for a career in law and legal offices.
- How long to complete the program: Program can be completed on a part-time or full-time basis.
- Where can I work? Paralegals work in the public and private sector, in law firms, corporations, courts, nonprofit agencies, and other work environments. Our program also helps prepare students for law school if you wish to continue your education.

Substance Abuse Counseling
Certificate
- This program will prepare you for a career in addiction and substance use disorders treatment and prevention.
- How long to complete the program: This is a 3-semester certificate program that prepares you for the Certified Drug and Alcohol Counseling (CADAC) exam and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) certification. Day and evening courses are available in-person, online or hybrid.
- Where can I work? Counselors can work in direct care workers in detox/ rehab, residential settings. Depending on certification/ licensing, they could provide individual, group, or family therapy in public programs or private practice.

Community Interpreting
- This program will prepare you for a career in serving as liaison between the Portuguese/Spanish and English language and cultures.

- This program will help prepare you for a career in communication design, particularly web design.
- How long to complete the program: The 9-course (27 credit) certificate can be completed in as little as 3 semesters. You also may want to consider the Web Design Career program.
- Where can I work? You will build both creative and technical skills as well as portfolio of work to help you secure a job doing web and user-interface design including layout, graphics, functionality and navigation.
