Document Storage

The College assists all faculty and staff departments with long-term file storage upon request. 

Files are stored for a set period and then they will be removed and destroyed securely. In order for files to be stored, they must be placed in a banker box with a cover. These boxes can be obtained from your division office or ordered from an office supply company.

Fill out a Request for Service Form and attach a copy of the completed Document Storage Form. Send all completed paperwork (Request for Service and Document Storage Form) to Business Services in F Building or by email to Upon receiving the completed paperwork, requests can take up to two weeks to be completed.

If the paperwork is not filled out the request will be sent back, which will prolong the process. If the files cannot be destroyed, please consider electronically storing your files.
