New Employee Orientation
As a condition of hiring, it is required that all employees attend a New Employee Orientation. The purpose of the New Employee Orientation is to introduce new members to Bristol Community College, provide guidelines, policies, procedures, and technological resources available. In addition to learning about Bristol Community College and its resources, payroll and benefit (according to eligibility guidelines) information will be provided in order to ensure timely payroll administration.
Onboarding paperwork for all new employees will be provided electronically through Interview Exchange and should be completed prior to attending orientation. If you have not received this paperwork, please contact Human Resources.
Full-time employees should contact Pamela Legg (email@example.com) from Human Resources about orientation.
Part-time/Adjunct employees should attend a session prior to their start date, where possible.
