Discrimination and Harassment Complaint Form
Bristol Community College (Bristol) prohibits discrimination, harassment and retaliation based on sex, race, national origin, religious affiliation, disability, age, sexual preference, gender identity, veteran status and all other classifications protected under federal and Massachusetts law. If you believe you have been subjected to any prohibited conduct, you may submit this form to register a complaint or contact Bristol's Title IX Coordinator, Magie Hudson. Investigations into reports of alleged violations will be conducted expeditiously. Complaints will be kept private to the extent possible. Retaliation against a person filing a complaint or cooperating in the investigation of an alleged violation is prohibited. All parties to a complaint may have a personal advisor to assist them throughout the process (for union employees, this may be a union representative).
