COVID-19 information and how to get ready for Summer and Fall 2021
We are pleased to announce that Bristol's spring 2021 Commencement Ceremony will take place on May 22, 2021, in a virtual format. Bristol Community College is committed to honoring our students’ successes in a safe and celebratory manner.
Bristol’s Commencement Committee is working diligently to prepare and carry out a commencement ceremony for our spring 2021 graduates that will celebrate and commemorate your achievements. We have representatives from across the college working to create a meaningful and memorable ceremony for each of our graduates. If you have any suggestions that you would like to share please click here and share your thoughts and ideas. If you plan to graduate this spring, keep an eye on your Bristol email for information about applying to graduate and submitting your photo for the commencement ceremony.
If you have questions, please reach out to the Registrar’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please stay tuned for more information. We will post information here as it becomes available.
Diplomas are mailed to students’ home addresses in July. To be sure the diploma is delivered to the correct address, students should notify the college of any change of address via the Student Change of Data Form.
Caps and Gowns
Students will receive their caps and gowns by mail, before Commencement Day.
Cords and Stoles
Students will have the opportunity to receive their cords and stoles before Commencement Day. Details to follow.
We would love to include a photo of you during the virtual ceremony while your name is being read. If we do not receive a photo, only your name will be read.
The college is partnering with GradImages to collect student photos. All potential graduates will receive an email from GradImages, inviting them to upload an image to be used at the ceremony. Be sure to upload your photo by the March 31 deadline!
All degrees for students who have fully completed their program for the spring semester will be awarded officially on May 30. After that date, you can request a transcript through accessBCC.
