Bristol to Hold Annual MLK Community Breakfast
Bristol Community College’s annual breakfast on Monday, January 21, 2019, to honor the life and ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. will include a free buffet breakfast, music and will feature Superintendent of New Bedford Public Schools Thomas Anderson as the keynote speaker. The event will also include the presentation of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Essay contest winners chosen from contest participants from Bristol Community College and the NEW Martin Luther King, Jr. Visual Arts Challenge chosen from participants at area high schools.
Bristol + UMassD Signed by Partner Colleges
Bristol Community College and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), launching thePlus Program: Bristol + UMassD. This program will provide students with access to high quality and affordable associate and bachelor’s degree opportunities in the Commonwealth. The program will begin enrolling students in September 2019.
