Designed for new students, Bristol EXPerience is your destination for everything you need to know before starting the semester. This is your chance to learn about programs, services and opportunities available to you as a Bristol student.
For your convenience, two sessions will be offered – a full session during the day or a streamlined evening option. Please select the session that works best for your schedule.

10:30 a.m. to noon | Welcome and General Session
Enjoy a welcome from Bristol Community College President, Dr. Laura Douglas, and learn about Bristol’s new Student Experience. You’ll also get an introduction to the online platforms and technology you need to get started with online courses this fall.
Noon to 1 p.m. | Break
Take a break and get ready to join us again at 1 p.m.!
1 p.m. | Program Showcase
Whether you have declared a major or not, Bristol faculty would love to talk with you about their programs and answer any questions you may have. Meet your faculty, learn about classes, or browse all the options for your future here at Bristol. Virtual meeting rooms will be set up for each Academic Area. 2 p.m. | Choose Your Journey – Pop-in Q&A Sessions
Over the course of this hour, feel free to pop into any of these rooms to learn more and get your questions answered. Hybrid students, you’ll be required to attend the Hybrid Student Training.
Option 1: Academic Support
We are here for you! Learn about the academic support that is available to you remotely. It will cover library, subject tutoring and writing support.
Option 2: Bookstore
Have any questions about the Bookstore? Feel free to pop-in this session to have your questions answered.
Option 3: Technology Support
Are you having concerns about tech support? Pop-in this session to hear about the tech support available to you and have your questions answered.
Option 4: Hybrid Student Training (required for all hybrid students)
Are you registered for a hybrid class this fall? This session will cover all aspects of what you need to know before coming on to campus, and what is expected while you are here. This session is required for all hybrid students.
5:30 to 7 p.m. | Welcome and General Session
Learn about Bristol’s new Student Experience and get important introductions to the online platforms and technology you need to get started with online courses this fall.
This program is open to new students and their families. Registration is required.
