College Placement Tests

Testing at BCC is free and students are allowed one re-test. Students can expect to finish the exam in 
1.5 to 2 hours.

Students Needing Accommodations

Transfer Student

To transfer credits from another college, you should not schedule an appointment until you have received official notification from the Office of Admissions with your transfer evaluation. You may be exempt from testing.

Testing Scores from Another Institution

ACCUPLACER Reading, Arithmetic and Elementary Algebra scores are accepted at BCC. Official score reports must be mailed, e-mailed or faxed directly from the other college. The writing test for English must be taken at BCC.
