Admission

Now that you've taken that first steps in learning about BCC, you may have some questions to answer as you plan for your future.  BCC offers more than 100 associate degree and certificate programs in liberal arts, business, computer science, engineering, health sciences, human services, and office administration.  Our students attend classes during the day, evenings, weekends, and online. Courses are offered in Fall River, New Bedford, Attleboro and Taunton.

For general admission, applicants for an associate's degree program must have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate. Applicants do not have to provide Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) results.

Those admitted to the college will be required to take placements tests to assess the ability to succeed in college work. Some candidates will be admitted to the Center for Developmental Education to strengthen their background in specific areas.
