The recent decision to roll back Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will present BCC students from all walks of life with numerous questions. Please see the resources we've provided below:

General “Know your Rights” Sessions 

Sessions for students, faculty and staff 
Overview of individual rights relative to DACA and immigration

  • Fall River: Wednesday, September 27 - 10 a.m. B-103
  • Attleboro: Thursday, September 28 - 10 a.m. AT-106
  • Taunton: Thursday September, 28 - 4 p.m. TG-137
  • New Bedford: Saturday, September, 30 - 11 a.m. NH-310

These sessions will provide an overview of individual rights relative to DACA and immigration. Students faculty and staff are invited to attend

DACA Renewal Day - Free assistance for BCC students 

Friday, September 29, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.  
Commonwealth College Center - G Bldg., Fall River 
Experienced Immigration attorneys will be on hand to provide one-on-one assistance in completing the DACA renewal application. Students should bring their BCC ID and a copy of their prior DACA application to the session.
