During the spring semester, the Culinary Arts program opens the Grady Dining Room, located on the lower level of G-building, to the college's faculty and staff to enjoy a lunch menu featuring international cuisines.
It's a great opportunity to join us for a delicious lunch and support our students as they develop skills in the a la carte setting.
Grady Dining Room Luncheon Schedule - Spring 2019
February 21 - Caribbean Islands
February 28 - France
March 7 - Italy
March 21 - Portugal / Spain
April 11 - Japan
The Grady Dining Room will be open from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
How do I make a reservation?:
Reservations will be accepted from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Reservations will be accepted for 2 weeks at a time.
You may make reservations by contacting Chef Esteban Martinez at firstname.lastname@example.org or 774.357.2833. If you e-mail, please put “GRADY DINING ROOM” on the subject line.
What if I want to order take out?:
Germany Take Out Form
Caribbean/France Take Out Form
We will prepare any menu items for you to TAKE OUT either for lunch or home.
To place a take-out order, please submit the take-out order form for relevant country and email it to Esteban Martinez at email@example.com. Take-out orders must be received by Wednesday for Thursdays preparation.
Remember, the dining room is available for faculty and staff use only.
