BEEnotified

Make sure to Bee Notified
Members of the Bristol Community College community, including current students, faculty and staff have the ability to subscribe to BEEnotified, BCC’s notification system. This powerful system will quickly distribute emergency information using a variety of methods including e-mail, voice, and text messaging.
Subscribers can also opt-in to receive other types of announcements through the system, including information about College events, weather-related closings, and registration to name a few.
All community members will automatically be included through their accessBCC e-mail address to receive emergency-related notifications. For other methods of communication and messages, students, staff, and faculty can subscribe up to four additional devices, including the subscriber’s choice of a second e-mail address, cell phone number, home/work number, and a text message number. The College will offer BEEnotified free-of-charge, but subscribers will be responsible for any text message or per-minute charges from their cell phone company or service provider.

BEEnotified is made possible by funding through the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education to enable the colleges to more effectively communicate urgent information in emergencies.
