BCC Career Services offers a variety of options for employers to connect with our students.

Job Listing Services

Employers may post full-time, part-time, temporary, summer, and seasonal job opportunities for BCC students and alumni, free of charge.

Please be advised that we do not conduct background checks on students, nor do we establish the credentials and overall fit between the employer and the student applicant. Employers and individuals offering employment/entrepreneurial opportunities with compensation packages requiring commission only or requiring prospective employees to purchase a franchise, products or services upfront, or where compensation is based exclusively on commission or fees/percentage of sales from others under their sponsorship in the organization, will not be offered recruiting privileges.

We reserve the right to refuse to post jobs that do not support the "interests" of the College.

Job Fairs

We offer several Job Fairs each year, including those that target specific industries such as the health sciences and human services. Our Job Fairs are open to all BCC students, alumni and the community-at-large. As such, they are great way for employers to meet a large number of potential candidates, including entry-level and seasoned professionals who are seeking part-time, full-time, summer, and seasonal employment. The Office of Career Services implements a comprehensive marketing effort to ensure the highest possible turnout.

Our Job Fairs are typically limited to 25 organizations. As such, we consider and select those that represent a cross-section of industries, as well as those that our current students indicate a preference for through surveys and feedback from previous events. Recruitment Days

In addition to our Job Fairs, employers may set up display tables in the Commonwealth College Center Lobby. In an effort to provide a fulfilling experience for students from all programs, reservations are prioritized so as to encourage representation from a variety of industries.
